Courtyard Cottage is a double story dwelling designed for a maximum of 4 people.

Step into open plan living with beautiful oak flooring throughout. Relax on a luxurious leather corner couch (which converts to a sofa bed if needed) in front of a state of the art designer fireplace whilst watching your choice of programming on the LCD Flat screen TV. We have also provided freeview and a DVD to enhance your viewing experience.

The fitted kitchen is equipped to a high standard with electric cooking facilities (hob & oven), a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer and dryer.

Courtyard Cottage has a spacious bedroom with the choice of a king sized double bed or twin singles (just let us know your preference) and yet another LCD TV. There is a superb folding bed for an extra person should it be required (please note this bed is not suitable for young children but a travel cot is available for babies).

There are two beautifully finished bathrooms with luxury power showers. For your convenience parking is available directly outside, where you will also find a spacious terrace with table and chairs for eating in the great outdoors.

We would be delighted to provide a Welcome Hamper (at cost and usually around £12 - £15) which will include ham, cheese, cornflakes, eggs, bread and salad just to get you started or if you expect to arrive late. We will also do a complete 'shopping list' if you prefer and supply us with the details.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in Courtyard Cottage.
